The Ground
Below is a map showing the position of Pannal's home ground, the exact positioning labelled roughly with a red circle. The First XI and Second XI play at this ground on alternate week, with the Third XI playing their cricket at Glasshouses CC. The Fourth XI's home ground is currently St. Aidan's High School, Harrogate.
Pannal cricket ground is located in the field nearest to the 30mph sign on the unclassified road from the A61 to Burn Bridge. It is 200 metres from the Black Swan and almost opposite the junction with Brackenthwaite Lane.
FROM NORTH, SOUTH & EAST: Find your way to the roundabout at the junction of the A61 & A658 to the south of Harrogate. Take the A61 towards Harrogate then after 400 metres turn left where Burn Bridge is signposted. The ground is in the last field to the right of your road.
FROM WEST & NORTH-WEST: Find your way to Beckwithshaw then take the B6162 towards Harrogate. Half a mile out of Beckwithshaw, turn right signposted to Pannal. This will bring you to a mini-roundabout in Burn Bridge; take the second exit downhill to pass the Black Swan on your right. The ground will be on your left immediately after the 30 mph de-restriction sign.
